1Can I buy food and beverages in the Jump Boxx park?
Yes, we have a designated area with a café open at all times.
2Do you have lockers?
We offer shoe storage free of charge and we also have lockers for rent to secure your belongings while you jump. Please empty your pockets, cell phones, iPods, keys, and any other items that can cause injury or be lost or broken.
Food & Drinks
1 Are we allowed to bring in outside food or beverage?
We do not allow outside food or beverage. However, if you booked a birthday party with us, you may bring in cake to consume in the designated party room or party table. We charge a AED50 cake plating fee for serving external cakes. Should one of the guests of a birthday party suffer from food allergies, outside food may be brought to be consumed at the party table or in the VIP party room. Doing so does not affect the price charged for the party.

1Do you offer special group rates?

2Is Jump Boxx suitable for corporate events?
Yes, Jump Boxx is a great venue for corporate team building, brainstorming sessions, office get-togethers, meetings or day conferences.
The surrounding activities are creatively stimulating and are great for team building, and our private rooms offer great meeting
and presentation facilities.

Parties
1Can I celebrate my birthday at Jump Boxx?

2Can the party be started in the party room?
As full tummies and jumping are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the trampolines and the food is served afterwards in the party room.
3Do parents need to stay at the party?
The birthday parents are required to stay at the party and we request one adult per five children so if you have 15 children we expect there to be three adults present.
4Do you assist with the party?
Yes, Jump Boxx can assign a designated party host to your birthday party who will ensure everything runs smoothly.

6I am having a party, can I bring my own music?
Yes, but only in the VIP party rooms where we have built-in sound systems. Rock on!

Safety
1At what age can a child enter Jump Boxx without adult supervision?
For kids aged 3-5 years, a parent must be with the child at all times. For children up to 12 years old, an adult (not necessarily a parent) must be in attendance at the park. Kids over the age of 12 can enter on their own, however remember that all jumpers of any age must have completed a waiver prior to jumping and if under 16 a parent or guardian must do so on their behalf.
2Can I sit down on the Jump Boxx court?
No, if you need to rest, please exit the trampoline area.
3Can we jump two persons on the same trampoline?
No, double jumping is not allowed.
4Can we wear shoes or socks?
All jumpers must purchase special Jump Boxx grip socks with rubber soles prior to jumping to prevent slipping and friction burn. No other footwear is permitted on the trampolines, nor is jumping barefoot.
All spectators must wear socks on the platform, no footwear or bare feet are permitted on the platform.
5Do I need to sign a waiver before heading to the Jump Boxx park?
Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver before jumping at Jump Boxx. If you are under the age of 16 your parent or legal guardian
must fill the waiver out for you, however but does not have to be present when you visit the park. Waivers can be completed in advance
6Do injuries happen?
Jump Boxx employs the latest technology and safety engineering to ensure that your jumping experience is as safe as possible. Like any sporting activity, injuries can and do occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor. A recent study of trampoline parks across the USA found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Trampoline Parks have a better safety rate than any competitive sport; even safer than bowling! Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.
7Is it safe?
Unlike home trampolines, with our specially designed, spring loaded frame, landing here has more give. All frames and springs are covered by 2 inch thick safety pads. With 360 degrees of trampoline walls and court supervisors, there’s no falling off this trampoline. All visitors are given a full safety induction prior to jumping.
8Is there an age limit?
The minimum age is 3 years and there is a dedicated trampoline area for Jump Boxx Juniors aged 3 – 5 years old.
9Is there any induction?
Yes, on each visit everyone is given the opportunity to watch our safety induction presentation prior to jumping.
10Once I complete a waiver, for how long is it valid?
Our general rule is that valid/legible waivers are kept on file for one year. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed so you may be requested to complete an additional waiver if your record is unavailable or has expired.
11What is the weight limit?
Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.
12What should I wear when jumping?
We recommend comfortable athletic clothing, but feel free to jump in everyday clothes. Please keep in consideration that we are a family friendly environment. Refrain from wearing studded belts and hooped earrings, and remember to empty your pockets before jumping.
Waiver
1Can siblings/aunts/uncles/grandparents sign for a minors waiver?
No, only a LEGAL parent/guardian can sign for a jumper under 16. Remember this is a legal document, there are NO exceptions.
